Welcome to FoodPilot. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FoodPilot website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing our Platform or placing an order with FoodPilot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our Platform immediately.

1. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
- FoodPilot, we, our, and us refer to FoodPilot and its affiliated business operations.
- Customer, you, and your refer to any individual or organisation using our Platform.
- Platform refers to the FoodPilot website, mobile application, and all online ordering services.
- Products include food, beverages, catering services, bento meals, buffet packages, live stations, and any other services offered by FoodPilot.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Platform or placing an order through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Ordering
3.1 Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance by FoodPilot. Your order is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication method approved by FoodPilot.
3.2 Order Availability
FoodPilot reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete customer information
- Operational limitations
- Any other reasonable business circumstances
3.3 Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery addresses, event details, and special instructions.
FoodPilot shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Platform are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be charged according to Singapore law.
Payment may be made through approved payment methods including:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- PayNow
- Bank Transfer
- Digital Wallets
- Other payment methods approved by FoodPilot
Orders may not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
5. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation only within the timeframe specified in FoodPilot’s Cancellation Policy.
FoodPilot reserves the right to reject cancellation requests if food preparation has commenced or ingredients have already been allocated.
Refund eligibility shall be determined according to our Refund Policy.
6. Delivery
FoodPilot will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the selected delivery window.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Road closures
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
- Other unforeseen operational circumstances
FoodPilot shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
7. Delivery Responsibility
The customer or an authorised representative must be available to receive the delivery.
Once an order has been delivered to the provided delivery address and accepted by the recipient, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
FoodPilot is not responsible for loss, theft, or deterioration occurring after successful delivery.
8. Food Safety
Customers should consume food according to the storage and consumption guidelines provided by FoodPilot.
Customers with food allergies are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before placing an order.
Although FoodPilot follows strict food preparation standards, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens due to shared preparation environments.
FoodPilot shall not be liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or cross-contact.
9. Catering Services
Serving portions are estimated based on standard catering practices.
Actual consumption may vary depending on guest preferences and event circumstances.
FoodPilot does not provide waste disposal services unless specifically agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable event facilities including:
- Power supply
- Water access
- Venue accessibility
- Parking arrangements
- Required permits
10. Product Quality
Customers should inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt.
Any issues involving:
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
- Damaged packaging
- Food quality concerns
must be reported to FoodPilot immediately upon delivery together with supporting photographs where applicable.
FoodPilot reserves the right to investigate all claims before determining an appropriate resolution.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the FoodPilot Platform, including text, graphics, branding, logos, software, menus, photographs, videos, icons, and website design, remains the exclusive property of FoodPilot unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FoodPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use of the Platform
- Delayed deliveries
- Website interruptions
- Technical errors
- Third-party service failures
- Customer misuse of products
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, FoodPilot’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
13. Third-Party Services
FoodPilot may engage third-party delivery partners, payment providers, or technology vendors.
FoodPilot is not responsible for acts, omissions, or delays caused solely by these independent third parties.
14. Website Availability
While we strive to keep our Platform available at all times, FoodPilot does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or external events may temporarily affect service availability.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected by FoodPilot is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information for order fulfilment, customer service, marketing (where permitted), and legal compliance.
16. Force Majeure
FoodPilot shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- Flood
- Pandemic
- Government action
- Civil unrest
- Industrial disputes
- Utility failures
17. Amendments
FoodPilot reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Singapore.
