Yoshoku Bento Series
Minimum Order & Delivery Charges
A minimum order of 5 bento sets per menu is required, except for Vegetarian Bento, which has no minimum order requirement. Please note that our Vegetarian Bento menu is subject to availability and does not have a fixed selection.
A delivery fee of SGD $18 applies per delivery location.
Free delivery is available for orders of SGD $180 or more delivered to a single location.
Orders below SGD $180 will incur a SGD $18 delivery charge.
Additional delivery surcharges may apply for postal districts 61, 62, 63, 70, and 71.
ERP (Electronic Road Pricing) charges will be added where applicable for deliveries within Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD).
Order Placement & Menu Customisation
Orders should be placed and confirmed at least two (2) days before your scheduled event date.
All requested delivery dates and time slots are subject to availability.
Menu customisation requests may be accommodated where possible but remain subject to FoodPilot’s approval and operational capacity.
Last-Minute Orders
If your event is less than 48 hours away, please contact our Sales Team via WhatsApp or our sales hotline to check availability.
FoodPilot will make every reasonable effort to accommodate urgent orders; however, acceptance depends on production capacity and delivery schedules.
Order Amendments
Changes to confirmed orders cannot be guaranteed within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or event date.
FoodPilot does not accept verbal requests for order amendments, confirmations, or cancellations.
All requests to modify, confirm, postpone, or cancel an order must be submitted in writing (via email or other approved written communication) and acknowledged by FoodPilot.
Cancellation Policy
Requests to cancel or postpone an order within 48 hours of the scheduled event may not be accepted.
Orders cancelled or postponed one (1) day before, or on the day of the event, will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on the total order value.
All cancellation or postponement requests must be made in writing and confirmed by FoodPilot.
Order Confirmation
After receiving your online or email order, a member of the FoodPilot Sales Team will send you an order summary, including pricing and payment instructions.
Please review the information carefully and reply to confirm that all order details are accurate.
Your order will only be considered confirmed once FoodPilot has received your confirmation and, where applicable, the required payment.

Goods & Services Tax (GST)
FoodPilot is a GST-registered business in Singapore.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed are exclusive of GST.
The prevailing GST rate will be applied to all applicable orders in accordance with Singapore law.
